The principal objective of the Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics degree program is to enhance the quality of management practice, specifically using business analytical tools to aid in the goal. In order to successfully meet the scheduling needs of the working student, classes are scheduled for the evening on Monday through Thursday throughout the year—during the Fall semester, Spring semester, and two Summer terms. Students who apply and are approved for admission to the program may begin their enrollment during the Spring, Summer or Fall terms.

- Students will produce a formalized assessment of corporate performance analysis and objective decision making through a structured framework approach.
- Students will demonstrate critical thinking and team building skills in varied business environments.
- Students will select and employ appropriate quantitative approaches to support management problem solving and decision making.
- Students will explain a Christian Worldview perspective when addressing ethical and leadership dilemmas.
